Appointments
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations.
While we do our best to accommodate late arrivals, we cannot guarantee your appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule late arrivals.
Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are recommended.

Due to the appointment length for Keratin Smoothing Treatments, a Credit Card is required to book this service. Cancellations without giving 24 hour notice will result in your card being charged for 50% of the service amount.
Clients that "no-show" 2 or more times will be required to provide a credit card number to book appointments with their favorite stylist. Clients that "no-show" any future appointments, will be charged 50% of the booked service amount.
Payment
We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, Debit and Personal Checks*
Regretfully, gratuity can not be included with credit card or debit card payments.
*Please note that a 25.00 fee will be applied to all returned checks
Service Adjustments
We recognize that sometimes your cut or color may need a slight adjustment to reach total perfection. If you feel that you are need of a cut or color “tweak”, please inform us within 5 days of your service to avoid additional charges.
Product Returns
We will accept product returns for a period of 10 days after your purchase. Products may be exchanged for other products only and not used toward services
Children
Our working environment is not always the safest place for your little ones. For the comfort of all of guests, please make sure your children are well-supervised during your salon visit. Unless they are having a service, children are not permitted on the styling floor.
We know that multi-tasking is sometimes a necessary part of life. For your convenience, complimentary WiFi is available.
